The Proms come to Clevedon |

In a departure from previous years the event will include a drinks reception beforehand and then the usual mix of stirring music and popular songs delivered by the Cameo Orchestra and Guest Soloist Rachel Cooper. Audience participation is positively encouraged! Club President John Gent said 'We have changed the format slightly this year to provide a drinks reception beforehand to allow the audience to mix socially before the music starts. We hope to raise substantial funds for local good causes and would encourage everyone to come and enjoy a good evening's entertainment on St George's day.' Tickets priced at £8 are available from the Community Centre, any Clevedon Yeo Rotarian or by telephoning Rotarian Bernard Druce on 01275-790594.

The Rotary club of Clevedon Yeo are proud to be able to sponsor Clevedon United Under 11's football kit. The under 11's started the season on Saturday 20th September at their Strode road base resplendent in their brand new red kit bearing the Rotary club logo. Rotary club president Richard Johnson, who was present for the first game, said "This is exactly the type of project we look forward to supporting.
