The Rotary Club of Clevedon Yeo Raises Funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Centre in Nailsea The Rotary club of Clevedon Yeo in conjunction with the local Inner Wheel club held a very successful 'Silent Auction'
at Kingston Seymour Village Hall last Saturday (19th April) An excellent variety of goods and services were up for auction and the event was well attended by a substantial number of local people. A total of £950
(Nine hundred and fifty pounds) was raised for the Multiple Sclerosis centre in Nailsea. Rotary Club President Alan Humphreys said "A
fun evening with an excellent buffet was held. There were a number of tremendous bargains and, at the end of the evening a fantastic sum was raised again for a local and worthwhile charity. Thanks to all those who
supported both clubs including those people and organisations providing items for auction" The Rotary club meets at the Walton Park Hotel
in Clevedon and is always looking to recruit new members. For details of membership opportunities please telephone Bernard Druce on 01275 873972
