Clevedon Annual Long Swim 2009

Clevedon ASC's Annual Long Swim is due to take place on Monday 20th July from 6:45pm.

The swim starts from Ladye Bay and the demanding course takes swimmers along a line parallel to Wellington Terrace, under the pier and finishes at the beach.

This year there is a new category for those triathlon types, who like to wear wetsuits.

Spectators are most welcome and the elite swimmers should pass under the pier from around 7:15pm.

If the sea conditions are unkind, the swim will take place on Wednesday 19th August from the slighlty later time of 7:15pm.
